I appreciate you reading and supporting the newsletter. Please don’t forget to click like and write a comment! π«‘
With this issue, I decided to add more AI tools and Mac stuff. I hope you’ll like it. If you do, I’ll try to include 3–5 tools in each section with every issue.

KIF (Keep It Functional) is an iOS functional testing framework.
It allows you to drive your UI from your unit tests and reap all the advantages of testing in-process.
Why you will like it:
All of the tests for KIF are written in Objective-C. This allows for maximum integration with your code while minimizing the number of layers you have to build.
It integrates directly into your Xcode project, so there’s no need to run an additional web server or install any additional packages.
Test suite is being run against iOS 8+ and Xcode 7+. Lower versions will likely still work, but your mileage may vary. We do our best to retain backwards compatibility as much as possible.
Attempts to imitate actual user input. Automation is done using tap events wherever possible.
Run a single KIF test with the Test Navigator or kick off nightly acceptance tests with Bots.

AeroSpace is an i3-like tiling window manager for macOS.
Why you will like it:
Tiling window manager based on a tree paradigm.
i3 inspired.
Fast workspaces switching without animations and without the necessity to disable SIP.
AeroSpace employs its own emulation of virtual workspaces instead of relying on native macOS Spaces due to their considerable limitations.
Plain text configuration (dotfiles friendly). See: default-config.toml.
CLI first (manpages and shell completion included).
Doesn’t require disabling SIP (System Integrity Protection).
Proper multi-monitor support (i3-like paradigm).

A macOS menu bar app for per-app volume control, multi-device output, audio routing, and 10-band EQ.
Free and open-source alternative to SoundSource.
Why you will like it:
Precise per-app audio control with individual volume sliders, mute, and 2x/3x/4x boost presets.
Pin apps to keep them ready in the menu bar for volume, EQ, and routing setup, or ignore apps entirely to remove FineTune’s audio tap and return them to normal macOS audio.
Route audio from each app to different outputs, the system default, or multiple devices at once. Set device priorities for automatic switching and fallback, and restores each app’s volume, routing, and EQ when a device reconnects.
Gives each app powerful EQ and correction tools, including a 10-band EQ with presets, custom per-app EQ presets, and AutoEQ headphone correction from thousands of profiles or imported ParametricEQ files.
Loudness compensation automatically adjusts bass and treble at low volumes using ISO 226:2023 contours, keeping perceived loudness consistent in real time.
And many more…..

SimCam - Allows you to test camera features without a physical device, stream from your Mac’s camera, inject an image, or generate a QR code.
Tyndale - Translate your app with the AI subscription you already pay for. It wraps your strings, hashes them, and only sends what changed to your model.
MonthBar - Shows you exactly how much of the current month has passed or remains, displayed as a pie chart or percentage right in your macOS menu bar.
Just10 - A macOS menu bar to-do app that limits you to 10 tasks. Try to finish your current tasks before adding more.
What Did I Miss - Gathers every notification you received while you were away, condenses them into a short recap, and reads it aloud, so you can keep doing whatever you were doing.
Kedip - Every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Kedip keeps track so you don’t have to.
